The Challenge

Distribute and collect surveys on behalf of Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) from passengers on designated routes with a minimum completion goal of 500 surveys.


The Idea

Provide outreach support for PRTC’s customer satisfaction survey over the course of 5 days. Schedule, train, and deploy a surveyor team to ride designated bus routes to count passengers and distribute and collect completed surveys. Offer logistical support to survey team, collect and compile daily statistical updates and provide final completed surveys and results to SIR.

The Solution

We deployed a trained surveyor team to 5 bus routes in Manassas and # bus routes in Woodbridge. Surveyors engaged with passengers on an individual level to ensure consistent quality interactions. Our team surpassed the amount of surveys requested, acquiring 520 surveys by the end of the allotted project timeline.
