PROJECT GOAL
Improve branding and increase online and in-person presence to gain buy-in from retailers, hotels, restaurants, and stakeholders to strengthen Carlyle’s brand and foster a sense of community.
APPROACH
The Carlyle Council sought to refresh its brand to better represent a vibrant and growing community where people not only work and live - but thrive. We redesigned the organization's logo, preserving the iconic lion inspired by the statues that welcome visitors to the neighborhood. The result is a modern visual identity and streamlined name that reflect the continued growth and evolution of The Carlyle Community.
Carlyle's website serves as a central hub for community information, making organization and clear communication essential. We redesigned the site with a fresh, modern look while improving the user experience through streamlined navigation, enhanced content, and a fully mobile-friendly design. The updated website makes it easier for residents, employees, businesses, and visitors to quickly find the information they need.
As The Carlyle Community's digital marketing partner, we manage and grow its presence across Facebook, Instagram, and X. Our team develops engaging content that keeps the community informed about local businesses, events, transportation initiatives, and neighborhood updates while expanding audience reach and engagement. We also produce and design the organization's monthly e-newsletter, creating a refreshed template and layout that strengthens brand consistency and improves readability. In support of the annual Bike to Work Day event, we developed and executed a targeted email marketing campaign that resulted in the highest registration numbers in Carlyle's history, with more than 500 participants signing up for the 2026 event.
Our outreach team proudly represents The Carlyle Community and its Transportation Management Program at local events, engaging residents, employees, and visitors through surveys, educational materials, and meaningful conversations. The insights gathered through this ongoing community engagement have helped shape transportation initiatives and contributed to the continued growth and success of The Carlyle Community.
